Excellent Stay
clean roomcentral locationexcellent breakfast
the room was very clean with fresh towels daily the location is central near many attractions breakfast at the restaurant was excellent the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful with city information. i found the welcome lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom very useful. the hotel is within walking distance of the museum island and brandenburg gate. i especially appreciated the cozy bar and talented mixologist.
i found no porter service upon arrival so i had to carry my bags from the street into reception.

the gym had modern equipment it included treadmills and stationary bikes the steam room offered a relaxing experience with consistent temperature the sauna provided a dry heat option for detoxification.

The hotel had a superb location. It was close to many restaurants, sightseeing spots, and food stores. The interior looked amazing and well maintained. The room amenities were all necessary.
The reception I received at check in on arrival wasn't great. It was cold and inhospitable. On one occasion, a breakfast waiter demanded I pay for a cup of coffee I had paid for ALREADY.
