Mixed experience. Some issues noted
warm room overpriced breakfast
The air conditioning DIDN'T work very well. The room remained quite warm despite attempts to adjust the thermostat. the breakfast felt overpriced for the quality. A 14 euro croissant should be really good, and it just WASN'T.

comfortable bed clean room limited storage expensive drinks
i stayed in a luc king room. the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. i appreciated that the hotel is walkable to many attractions (eg. brandenburg gate).
the room was quite small with limited storage. the bar felt a bit soulless and drinks were expensive.

Excellent Stay
clean room central location excellent breakfast
the room was very clean with fresh towels daily the location is central near many attractions breakfast at the restaurant was excellent the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful with city information. i found the welcome lighted makeup mirror in the bathroom very useful. the hotel is within walking distance of the museum island and brandenburg gate. i especially appreciated the cozy bar and talented mixologist.
i found no porter service upon arrival so i had to carry my bags from the street into reception.

the gym had modern equipment it included treadmills and stationary bikes the steam room offered a relaxing experience with consistent temperature the sauna provided a dry heat option for detoxification.

Acceptable stay downtown
super location amazing interior necessary amenities cold reception inhospitable treatment breakfast waiter
The hotel had a superb location. It was close to many restaurants, sightseeing spots, and food stores. The interior looked amazing and well maintained. The room amenities were all necessary.
The reception I received at check in on arrival wasn't great. It was cold and inhospitable. On one occasion, a breakfast waiter demanded I pay for a cup of coffee I had paid for ALREADY.
